Throughout my life I have been involved in sports and dance. I was a successful track athlete in high school and through my passion for music and dance I become an instructor, ballroom dancer, a solo dancer. This allowed me to travel the world and perform for more than 15 years. I have always been passionate about fitness and the relationship between a healthy body and a healthy mind.
I love to share my love for fitness and dance -- it always makes me feel energized and happy!
Over the years I have developed programs for every age group and level, including youth, seniors and people with health problems. I also use functional agility training, with emphasis on increased motor skills, coordination and balance.
No matter what your level of fitness, age or limitations, I will custom tailor a program that will enable you to reach optimal capacity and performance.
I am continuing to pursue my interest to increase my fitness knowledge by attending workshops, conferences and by researching and reading as many fitness and health topics as I can. I am very passionate and will look out for my client's needs, goals and desires.

My clients include dancers, executives, police officers, lawyers, nurses, massage therapists, housewives, teachers, students, retired workers -- to name a few! I enjoy the challenge of creating effective workout routines that fit in with each person's lifestyle, schedule, and needs.
The most challenging and rewarding aspect of personal training involves helping people to cope with their individual health issues. I have assisted clients who suffer from hypertension, osteoarthritis, high cholesterol, obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis, slipped discs, sarcopenia, post-rehabilitation and many other conditions. Frequently, I work in conjunction with a clients' doctor or physical therapist to set up a personalized, safe and effective exercise program.
